Before being able to book any accommodation with Five Star Holidays you will first have to register and login to our website.
To register, click on 'login' in the top menu bar and select 'create account' on the next screen.
Enter your details on the registration form, read our 'Privacy Policy' and click in the 'Yes, I Accept' box if you agree.
Enter the security check code in the box then click 'Send Registration'
You will then receive an email from us with a verification link, follow the instructions in the email to activate your account.
If you do not receive the verification email, please check your spam folders.
Once you have activated your account please 'login' and enter your username and password you used for your registration.
When you have sucessfully logged in, you will have access to the registered user menu where you can view your bookings and any saved favorite accommodation. UK registered users will also be able to book their holiday insurance, airport hotel and parking requirements.
When you have found the accommodation you would like to book, you can check availability at the bottom of your chosen accomodation details screen.
To make an enquiry, click on 'make a reservation' from your chosen accommodation details screen to take you to our online reservation form.
Please select your arrival and departure dates, number of guests and enter any promotion code (if applicable).
Select the accommodation type from the available tabs on the right hand side (view feedback from system below the instructions). If you make a mistake, re-click on the selected accommodation type to remove, then reselect again.
Select any extra Services or Activities you require.
Enter your details in the boxes provided (all fields with an astrisk must be filled in).
Once satisfied your details are all correct click 'Review Booking'.
Carefully check through the Reservation Summary screen ensuring all details are correct.
If you need to make corrections click 'Amend Reservation', you will be taken back to the Reservation Form to re-enter, click again on 'Review Booking'.
Enter any special requests in the box provided on the Reservation Summary screen.
If you know your flight details please also add these to the box provided.
Please review our 'Terms and Conditions' if you agree to them and all the other information is correct please click in the 'I confirm' box.
Click 'Submit Enquiry' to send your enquiry details to Five Star Holidays.
You will also receive an email showing your Reservation Summary.
If you do not receive any of our correspondence emails to you registered email address, please check your spam folder before you contact us .
Once we receive your enquiry we will check availability with your selected hotel or resort.
If your accommodation is available we will normally confim this in an email within 2-3 working days.
Follow the instructions contained in the Availability Conformation email to secure your booking.
If you do not confirm your booking by paying the requested payment within 48 hours, your reservation will expire.
If you let the reservation expire and still wish to book, you will have to reply to the Booking Expired email requesting us to re-check availability with your chosen hotel or resort.
If your accommodation is still available then you will receive another Availability Conformation email normally within 48 hours with payment instructions.
Should your chosen accommodation not be available, Five Star Holidays will endeavour to find a suitable alternative.
